Competency

  • Defense and automotive – Mobility systems development, selection and integration for vehicles up to 168,000 lbs. (84T). Automotive and defense product design, subsystem and system requirements and integration. Creating and managing Statement of Works (SOW) for external or internal vendors.
  • Project management – Managed projects for Automotive and Defense customers, with assigned budget $30Mil+. Direct interaction with Government Defense customer. Prepared, lead and presented Product Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR) and other reviews with Government customer. Experienced in Bid and Proposal activities and other contractual obligations. 
  • Product design and development – Vast experience in this area. Starting from castings, forgings, stamping through machining, material treatment, injection molding processes for metal and composite materials. We are experienced in developing gearboxes, axles and associated parts. Armrest and convertible roof top mechanisms. Understanding of modular and interchangeable requirements for parts or subsystems maintenance and life cycle cost reductions. Design and development from clean sheet to the prototype build.
  • Vehicle electrification – Experience in converting vehicle with combustion engine to 100% electric vehicle (EV). Specifying and building powerpacks with High Voltage (HV) power generation capabilities. We can build/ integrate electric power train to any rolling chassis. Power generation, power transmission energy storage and management. Designing and building battery boxes for EV.
  • Quality – Root Cause Analyses of quality problems, working with cross functional teams including customer liaisons, manufacturing and engineering. Systems and supplier Quality Management. Quality improvement strategy.
